Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, President, Republic of Ghana addresses the overall debate of the 76th Session of the Normal Meeting of the United Nations (New York, 21-27 September 2021).
The UN Normal Meeting (UNGA) is the principle policy-making organ of the Group. Comprising all Member States, it offers a novel discussion board for multilateral dialogue of the complete spectrum of worldwide points lined by the Constitution of the United Nations. Every of the 193 Member States of the United Nations has an equal vote.
The United Nations is a world group based in 1945. At the moment made up of 193 Member States, the UN and its work are guided by the needs and ideas contained in its founding Constitution.
The UN has advanced over time to maintain tempo with a quickly altering world.
However one factor has stayed the identical: it stays the one place on Earth the place all of the world’s nations can collect collectively, focus on frequent issues, and discover shared options that profit all of humanity.

His words are like medicine, but the plot will be poisoned with plans for future events to come
The western society has bled Africa/Ghana dry…. They have no choice but to die as heroes or live longer to become villains & thrive with the western society. We all can choose to stand up before it gets worse.. Presidents are dying across the globe & it isn’t being broadcasted unless you search or hear it from someone.
Is this the same guy who plagiarized multiple speeches of the US presidents?
Please one should see the way he is Addressing the UN when will other Africa countries will learn from the type of the President Ghana use to come up with?
Corruption is the problem.. in Africa its rampant blatant this man is good and wants the best but sadly there are many who just want to be warlords
Son of the African Soil!! A good speech Mr President.

I don't think i have ever seen such an eloquently presented series of ultimatums.
Very impressive man.
As our Bible said,"if Brothers (we Africans) seat together no earthly power can hold our strong fist". May pan-Africanism prevail!!

Well said Mr. President!
Love this Ghanaian President. Please Africa be carful with words like "build back better" We have found these words to be code words for one world order. Just please be careful. We need Africa to be strong and to understand the world needs you and what God placed in your land naturally. Africa is in the best possible position, it is why the rest of the world continues to try and take out the leaders. If Africa pulls together truly with each other you would have the rest of the world on their knees. God may you all the best continent on the planet, but you must know it and don't try to be like the western world we are finally starting to see the false hood of the western world. The western world is a fake. Love you Africa
Liberator an Outstanding leader 💯
Ghana! Can we get better looking glasses for papa. These are shaped like they've been with him since junior high.
Waste of time
Yes, Your Excellency! 👏🏾😍🙌🏾🇬🇭
Huge fan of Nana Akufo-Addo!!! Great speaker and explained issues well.
African countries need to have one leader or Blocks of West Africa&East Africa &North Africa& Southern Africa to speak on behalf of the continent at annual UNGA meetings. Individual country speeches is frankly not weighty. Major improvements will start to happen – This is why America will always be America – individual world countries competing against 52 states thus 52 countries. Can’t compete with such a power in economic, political, social etc. on the world stage EVER!
Thanks Mr. President
Ghana’s President speaks with wisdom from above. Well spoken. May the Almighty God continue to bless with wisdom.

I remember over 40 years ago at a local university in the U.S, an African speaker from a sub Sahara nation I can't recall, talking about the need for that nation wanting to establish the ability to take sisal from a raw export which was being brought back as a finished product of, rope, to an export of rope. While I understood the bigger aspect of what this African speaker was saying, I couldn't help but think how backward this nation was in manufacturing for lamenting about something as simple as rope. With thousands of ethnic tribes, thousands of languages, the depth of corruption, Africa will be in a bad situation for decades to come. This has nothing to do about colonial past. Just look at China, Japan, Vietnam post WWII.
