(Reuters) – Personal fairness agency Carlyle Group (NASDAQ:) Inc mentioned on Monday it had entered an all-cash deal to purchase U.S. protection contractor ManTech (NASDAQ:) Worldwide Corp for $3.93 bln.
Reuters solely reported in February that ManTech’s co-founder, George Pederson, was exploring choices for his controlling stake that included a sale of the corporate.
