I do like most of her reports, but when it comes to health and diet, she is often off the mark or at least according to me and quite a lot medical research. I know hundreds of people doing this STUPID diet crap, and I tell you… 95% of them are WOMEN, that want to look perfect, to have that "Victoria secret" body and impress, get attention, and demand the same, perfection in return, otherwise you're not good enough. These people spend THOUSANDS on these STUPID diets, when they could just go to the supermarket and buy fruits and veggies themselves… I don't get it!?

But prior to that was on intermittent 16:8 and throughout water fast, tool salt water and on monitoring hb, glucose, electrolytes. It's not wrong. Extreme diets should never be done without the supervision of a physician who knows your medical history and has done the basic diagnostics needed to understand your current bill of health BEFORE beginning a diet. With that, it's conceivable that they can be done right, but they would look very different that these ridiculous instagram juice cleanses. It reeks of a lack of basic understanding of nutrition and metabolism. I am now in the process of losing fat and documenting it every day on my channel for the last 100+ days, and I am taking a conservative approach. I'm eating 500kcal less than needed to maintain my weight and losing around half a kilogram per week. I have lost just under 10kg till now and will continue until I reach 180 days. I am NOT depriving myself of basic nutrition, I eat EVERYTHING. Meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, fruit, etc. etc. I just count my calories, make sure I'm under my target, and I take a multivitamin, omega 3 capsules and vitamin D drops. I lift weights 3 times per week. I can see a big difference between now and day 1, but IT TAKES TIME, there are no shortcuts.
I didn't know spinach juice is which in oxalates which causes kidney stones. Ayurvedic medicine says sip a half a cup of hot unflavored water- I think ole Deepak Chopra said 8 times a day; he is supposed to be an MD. There is so much that Palki says make sense. We all go for the fast results but we never acknowledged the prize for extreme diet.
