Evacuate those whoever wants to be evacuated(Afghans and other nationality) You don't have to take them to Russia or USA, just for the sake of doing it faster just drop them to the neighbouring safe countries and go back and keep doing it. Much faster method. After THAT process is done those people can be evacuated to Russia or America which ever country was helping. Simple. The neighbouring safe country should help like this at least.

It is most difficult indeed to have to have made the decision to terminate the mission as many of our allies also did at this time (e.g. Belgium/Germany).
