The typical month-to-month wage in Israel within the tech sector has risen 8% over the previous 12 months.
The typical gross wage in Israel in September 2021 was NIS 11,667, up 2.9% from September 2020, though barely down from August 2021, the Central Bureau of Statistics studies.
By trade, the ‘data expertise communications (ITC)’ sector was the most effective paid in Israel in September 2021 with a median wage of NIS 26,400 adopted by the ‘electrical energy and water provide sewage providers and waste therapy’ sector with a median month-to-month wage of NIS 20,500. In third place was the ‘monetary and insurance coverage providers’ sector with a median month-to-month wage of NIS 19,000. Within the final two locations had been the ‘leisure and leisure’ sector with a median month-to-month gross wage of NIS 7,000 and the ‘hospitality and catering’ sector with a median month-to-month gross wage in September 2021 of NIS 5,416.

In September 2021, there have been 349,500 salaried workers in Israel’s tech sector, representing 9.4% of the work power, up 7% from 325,900 in September 2020.
