The city renewal plan will see 422 flats changed by 1,470 housing models.
The Tel Aviv District Planning and Constructing Committee has authorised an city renewal plan for the jap neighborhood of Givat Ofer (Abu Kabir) in south Tel Aviv. In response to the plan, which covers 69 dunams (17.25 acres), close to the Muslim cemetery, on Tel Giborim, Dekel, Meir Grossman and Zalman Shazar Streets, 422 flats will make approach for 1,470 flats.
The brand new housing models might be in six 30-floor towers on Tel Giborim Road and 6 10-floor buildings on Dekel Road. 250 models might be small flats and there might be 200 sheltered housing models and public buildings in addition to a park.
